Step 1: Enter Online

Visit the competition site and login as an entrant. Review the complete list of rules, instructions and categories to find where your work should compete, and follow the simple drop down menus to enter each of your submissions. Make sure you credit the members of your creative team, so that they'll be recognized properly in press releases and other AAF winner publications. Lastly, pay for your entries online via the payment link.

AAF-GF Member Entry Fees
Single Entry: $80 ($100 Non-Members)
Campaign Entry: $90 ($110 Non-Members)

Step 2: Package Your Entries

Follow the instructions here to package your entries. Entries packaged incorrectly will be disqualified and entry fees will not be refunded. If you have any packaging questions, please complete the online entry, make your payment, and bring these items with you to the Drop off event (see step 3) so we can help you package your entries properly. Official entry bags are available for pick up at ArachnidWorks, 5104 Pegasus Court, Suite. B, in Frederick.

Step 3: Drop Off Your Entries

January 4, 2017, 4–7pm • JoJo’s Restaurant & Tap House
The final step in the competition is to bring a printed copy of your manifest form and packaged entries to the AAF-GF Drop-Off event. After you drop-off your entries you’ll have a chance to network with your creative peers and enjoy some light refreshments.

Burning the midnight oil? Late entries will be accepted during normal weekday business hours from Jan. 5-6, 4-7pm at ArachnidWorks in Frederick, and will result in surcharge of $25 per entry.
